Arrowhead CLHF

For this Project, the client wanted to completely remodel and convert an existing 8,600 square foot commercial building for the purposes of functioning as a state licensed Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF) with a 25-bed capacity.

We developed all building permit plans and managed the entire project delivery process to the permit issuance, as well as complete construction management services including SBA lender review documentation.

The Project is now complete and occupied in the city of Colton, California.
