This project consisted of remodeling and converting an existing 8,600 square foot 2-story building, for the purposes of functioning as a state licensed Congregate Living Health Facility (CLHF) with a 25-bed capacity.

We developed all building permit plans and managed the entire project delivery process to the permit issuance, as well as complete construction management services including SBA lender review documentation.

The project is now complete and occupied in the city of Colton, California.
